Our team members analyzed their project requirements hypothetically in the beginning and after that, they closely inspected the entire process. Based on the requirement, flow diagrams for workflow and project planning were defined. The entire architecture was defined and then wireframes and prototypes were shared by our team. We got the final approval from our client for prototypes and designed the UI for each module. We adopted Behavior-driven Development (BDD) approach to collaborate client-side team & web development team. We accomplished every milestone mentioned in the project plan one by one and provided them with a ready-to-use web and admin portal.
